Take your Mold Impression, Book an appointment or order a mold kit in our store. Complete and send it back!
Order Your Grillz - After we have received your mold, You can order the Grill. If you booked an appointment, you will order/pay at the appointment.
We also offer financing.
Receive & Fit Check immediately - Once your grill is ready and you pick it up, we will fit check for you. If you receive in mail, check your fit and call if there is a problem.

Refund/Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves in making your grill. That is why we use top of the line quality machinery and tools. However, upon deciding to obtain a grill with us, you are agreeing under contract that we are using natural gold or silver to create custom designed piece to fit you specifically. Labor and materials are set aside with your payment. We cannot give any refunds on any orders, unless the customer does not receive their merchandise within a maximum of 45 days of purchase. Once you consent to the mold you agree to the contract below, No exchanges allowed. If your grill does not fit or is made incorrectly, we can offer to remake, however, the sale is still final. We cannot allow you to wear the jewelry in the meantime. No exceptions.

IS TEETH WHITENING DENTAL PROCEDURE THAT IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE DONE BY A DENTIST OR HYGIENIST? NO. IN THE STATE OF NC, AND PER THE DENTAL ASSOCIATION - TEETH WHITENING SERVICES CANNOT BE MANDATED. OUR TEETH WHITENING SPECIALIST HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO PROVIDE A CLEAN, SAFE, EFFECTIVE & INSTRUCTIONAL SET UP.
WILL TEETH WHITENING REMOVE ALL STAINS? TEETH WHITENING RESULTS VARIES FROM CUSTOMER TO CLIENT. EVERYTHING IS DEPENDENT UPON THE CLIENT'S BASE COLOR.
ARE ANY OF THE MATERIALS USED HARMFUL? WE USE A SAFE DENTAL GEL BARRIER FOR THE GUM LINE TO PROTECT IT & PEROXIDE.
WHAT IF I CANNOT FINISH MY SESSION? ALL SESSIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALLOTTED THE TIMEFRAME WITHIN YOUR SCHEDULE TO COMPLETE THE SESSION.
WHAT IF I AM NOT PLEASED WITH MY TOOTH WHITENING RESULTS? WE USE A COLOR SCALE TO COMPARE THE THE TEETH SHADES BEFORE AND AFTER. IF YOUR TEETH DO NOT WHITEN, WE WILL COMPLIMENT YOU FOR ANOTHER SESSION. WE GUARANTEE AT LEAST ONE SHADE DIFFERENCE, BUT ON AVERAGE 2-3 SHADES PER 30 MINUTE SESSIONS.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO MY SESSION? YOU MAY HAVE ONE PERSON INTHE WHITENING ROOM WITH YOU. ALL OTHERS MUST WAIT IN WAITING ROOM.
CAN I GET TEETH WHITENING WITH GEMS ON? YES. TEETH WHITENING WORKS WITH DENTAL GEMS ON AND IT DOES NOT HARM THEM. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE DISCOLORATION ON THE TOOTH WHERE THE GEM IS, WE RECOMMEND THE WHITENING AFTER THE GEM IS REMOVED, TO GET ALL THE TEETH THE SAME SHADE.
